Auditions for Convergence Dance Apprentice 2 year Program

Dancers age 17-25 who are graduating high school can audition to be a part of our 2 year Apprentice Program. Convergence is looking to build their company artists and provide exceptional training to audition for contemporary ballet and post modern dance companies globally. Dancers will get a chance to participate as apprentice dancers in our company shows and get paid as apprentices! Read more about the program by clicking the button below.

Convergence creates and rehearses on the unceded territory of the W̱SÁNEĆ and lək̓ʷəŋən speaking peoples. We acknowledge this first, learn from it and listen to it.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to bring local dancers and choreographers back into Victoria’s arts culture, promote female choreographers and give back to the community by inviting young artists to attend performances and engage in artistic discussion.

What We Present

Convergence is the action of merging two distinct things into one unified whole. Through innovative choreography, stunning physicality and exhilarating programs Convergence merges the tradition of ballet with the freedom and expression of contemporary concepts.
